Experience

A summary rather than a full resume — five roles across founder-led product delivery and financial-services consulting. The case studies carry the detail on individual systems and deliveries.

Now

Current focus

Product management, program delivery, AI automation and product operations.

I define products, run their delivery, and decide where automation belongs. In practice that means requirements and roadmaps, prioritization, testing and release management, coordinating developers and contractors, and the reporting that shows whether the result is working.

Open to

Open to Product Manager, Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Operations Manager and AI Product Manager roles, and to selected consulting engagements.

Product and delivery

Elite Modern Marketing

Founded and scaled a six-figure digital marketing and technology business serving more than 170 small and midsize clients. I lead business strategy, product development, technology delivery, process automation and distributed teams.

Founder — Product, Program Delivery and Operations · New York, NY · April 2015 — present

  • Led the business from startup through sustained growth — P&L, client acquisition, strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership — supporting more than 50 active client accounts at a time.
  • Built the AI platform behind the agency's own operations: inquiry intake and qualification, content and creative production, and client reporting, with a person accountable for every client commitment. Self-reported results: 70% fewer manual workflows, 40% faster project turnaround, 45% lower creative production cost, and a first qualified response to an inquiry in under two minutes.
  • Own the sending platform and its purpose-built delivery engine from product vision through production operations: requirements and PRDs, roadmap, architecture decisions, test planning, UAT, defect management and release planning.
  • Defined the AI-assisted development workflow and the agent permission controls that make that scope manageable — curated requirement packs, model selection by task type, automated pre-commit checks, a permission list that denies anything not explicitly allowed, and human approval on every production change. Self-reported: 50% faster from written requirement to tested production release.
  • Recruited and managed distributed contractor teams across operations, design and development — defining scopes, timelines and budgets, and running delivery on Jira with Agile methods, bug triage and feature intake.

Earlier experience

Financial-services technology consulting

Four years of consulting in financial-services technology before founding Elite Modern Marketing — an environment where requirements, structured testing, controls and stakeholder management are not optional. That is where the delivery habits in the work above come from. The full write-up, including the testing and release process, is on the enterprise case study.

  1. Moody's Investor Services

    New York, NY · July 2014 — April 2015

Business Analyst, Moody's Information Technology (Consultant)

Discovery phase of a large IT initiative with an approximately $45 million program budget, against an unusual niche business model.

    • Captured the business problem statement, current state, desired future state and business case, identifying the business needs and the user groups each change would affect.
    • Developed requirements, use cases and user stories for senior managers and technology teams, contributed to future-state solution architecture, and documented stakeholder workshops and interviews.
    • Coordinated roadmaps with IT vendors and internal divisions, tracked program risks, built a scorecard covering every vendor proposal for procurement, estimated cost and sequencing, and prepared bi-weekly steering committee reporting on status, risks and alignment with the target operating model.

  2. Morgan Stanley

    New York, NY · February 2013 — July 2014

Business Analyst, Insights & Analytics, Wealth Management (Consultant)

Worked with the Sales Desk to deliver firm strategy, market color and tactical trade ideas to more than 17,000 financial advisors through an analytics and content-distribution system.

    • Elicited business targeting requirements from the Sales Desk and worked with big-data developers to build enterprise-database queries surfacing investment ideas matched to each advisor's book of business.
    • Led a small offshore team building a Tableau dashboard for regional sales directors — business analysis, requirements, delivery coordination and UAT — then owned weekly reporting and analytical consulting for its users after rollout.
    • Managed testing for internal applications across quarterly enhancements — test plans, cases and scripts — analyzed data using SAS and SQL, and tracked operational KPIs before setting targets with management.

  3. Credit Suisse

    New York, NY · January 2011 — July 2012

Business Analyst, Consultant — Loan IQ, Back-Office Technology Delivery and Reference Data

Supported Loan IQ and related back-office initiatives focused on improving loan-servicing processes and delivering system enhancements across the loan lifecycle.

    • Gathered requirements, mapped business processes and data flows, and documented new and updated processes with the operations staff who ran them.
    • Wrote test cases from the documented requirements, then coordinated and ran system integration testing.
    • Managed defects through to resolution with technology teams and coordinated retesting against project deadlines — a fix was not closed until it had been retested.
    • Coordinated user acceptance testing with operations staff, confirmed the business outcome before delivery, and supported release readiness.
    • Supported reference-data and settlement systems, including migrating settlement-instruction and holdings data into a new internal static-data system, and took part in monthly and quarterly control reviews as subject-matter expert.

    Jersey City, NJ · August 2012 — December 2012

    FX Exotic Trade Support (Consultant)

    • Contributed to daily processing across confirmations, payments and investigations, and compiled daily reporting on exchange positions, problem trades, currency valuation and pending deals.
    • Identified and corrected trades booked to the wrong counterparty, non-deliverable settlement discrepancies and un-booked trades ahead of valuation, resolving breaks and risk items with the investigations team within deadline.
